Apparel Distribution Solution

The heart of an apparel or footwear implementation is our Apparel Distribution Solution – modules providing a comprehensive approach to inventory control, order entry and purchasing needs.  The Inventory Management module enables you to reduce data entry requirements and increase stock visibility through more effective organization of styles, colors, sizes, UPCs and NRF codes under a single Item Number; Sales Order Processing features an intuitive spreadsheet-style matrix data entry system; and Purchase Order Processing enables you to source both raw materials and finished goods with greater ease.

Apparel Warehouse Management Solution

If you operate a Warehouse Facility then you know how important it is to get the right merchandise to the right customer at the right time and at the right cost.  Our Apparel Warehouse Management Solution helps expedite every step of the process – Finished Goods Allocation, Multi-Bin Processing, Picking Sheet Control, Packing List Processing, Carrier Manifest and Ship Notice – to ensure increased warehouse throughput while retaining accuracy and at the same time reduce the needless expense of duplicate data entry and routine errors.

Apparel Embellishment, Screen Printing and Embroidery Solution

Our Apparel Embellishment Solution combines the sophistication of the Apparel Distribution Solution with the features required by value-added producers of screen-printed and embroidered merchandise.  We give you the tools you need to organize and manage designs, placements, name drops and artworks so when that next big order comes in you've got all the information you need right at the point of order entry.  And all of this information is available on the Crystal Reports Forms to ensure that it travels with the workflow of the order.  Of course, you've got to keep your licensors happy so we've incorporated a sophisticated royalty reporting sub-system within the Apparel Embellishment Solution.

Our Company

We were founded in 1987 and became a Sage Software Master Developer in 1989.  Our first product line focused on the needs of the apparel industry was released in 1990 and in 1996 we were selected as one of four original Sage Software Vertical Marketing Partners.  In 2002 we re-branded and introduced our Level 3.61, our next generation product line developed from the ground up based on over a decade’s worth of experience providing business-enhancing solutions to hundreds of apparel industry companies – ranging from enterprising start-ups to some of the industry’s corporate giants and leading brands.

Our staff averages over 10 years of experience in the design, development and deployment of apparel industry software solutions.  Our principles and consultants have published numerous articles in leading industry trade periodicals such as Bobbin Magazine, Apparel Industry Magazine, Women’s Wear Daily, Canadian Apparel Magazine, Supply Chain Management and American Sportswear and Knitwear Times.  Our Co-founder is widely regarded as an industry expert as evidenced by numerous paid speaking engagements and workshops performed at industry trade shows and conferences.
