The work is routed through the predefined process sequence, they can only operate (request, approve & conduct) when the work reaches at the process stage for them. The required data and documents need to be filled; the time and user stamp will be logged along with status, communication and notes. The conforming tasks will be routed to next process and nonconforming tasks will be rejected for correction and reprocess. Emails will be sent to related members per outcome.

All works and information are stored in the eDocument center to be available online to the authorized users with security protection. It turns your working environment to be secured, effective and reliable for yourself, your company and your business partners.
