Service Manager is a fully integrated Sage Accpac ERP solution focusing on Service and Job Management. The Mobile Field PDA add-on module allows your employees to stay in touch and transact either live or offline mode from the field using mobile smart, touchscreen PDA devices or portable notebook computers. TCP/IP connection can be from cell tower connectivity using data packets, WiFi, PDA crandled in notebook via internet.

Toolbar icons with full PDA security and time out function. Includes the ability for customer signature and all the features a remote engineer requires.
